Medical Definition of Metesthesiologist
1. 1. A proposed substitute for the term anaesthesiologist to indicate the extent to which the clinical practice of a physician trained in administration of anaesthetics has expanded beyond the operating room into resuscitation, critical care, management of acute and chronic pain. 2.
