Medical Definition of Dermatopathic lymphadenopathy
1. Enlargement of lymph nodes, with proliferation of pale-staining interdigitating reticulum cells and macrophages containing fat and melanin; secondary to various forms of dermatitis. Synonym: dermatopathic lymphadenitis, lipomelanic reticulosis. (05 Mar 2000)
