Medical Definition of Buyers' club
1. A nonprofit group that imports AIDS-related therapies available in other countries but not yet approved by the FDA for use in the United States. Many buyers' club products are sold abroad for purposes that are not related to AIDS or HIV infection and their use for these conditions is still speculative. (09 Oct 1997)
