1. N-methyl-2-pyridineethanamine. A physiological histamine analog vasodilator agent that also acts as a histamine h1 receptor agonist. It is used in meniere's disease and in vascular headaches but may exacerbate bronchial asthma and peptic ulcers. Pharmacological action: histamine agonist, vasodilator agents.
