Isolated damage of the cardiac conduction system as a result of a sclerodegenerative lesion; characterised ordinarily as idiopathic fibrosis of the atrioventricular nodal, His bundle, or bundle branches with corresponding conduction block(s).
Synonym: Lenegre's disease.
