Medical Definition of Trichorhinophalangeal syndrome

A condition characterised by sparse fine scalp hair, broad pear shaped nose with a long philtrum, brachydactyly, swollen middle phalanges with cone-shaped epiphyses, and growth retardation. There seems to be at least three similar disorders, two dominant and one recessive.
