1. Tinea involving the feet, particularly the interdigital spaces and soles, most often caused by Trichophyton rubrum, T. Mentagrophytes or Epidermophyton floccosum and characterised by intensely pruritic lesions varying from mild, chronic and scaling to acute exfoliative, pustular and bullous.
