5-fluoro-1-(tetrahydro-2-furanyl)-2,4-(1h,3h)-pyrimidinedione. Congener of fluorouracil with comparable antineoplastic action. It has been suggested especially for the treatment of breast neoplasms.
Pharmacological action: antimetabolites, antineoplastic.
