1. Secondary lysosomes containing material that cannot be digested.
2. The surplus cytoplasm shed by spermatids during their differentiation to spermatozoa. Usually the cytoplasm from several spermatids connected by cytoplasmic bridges.
3. Surplus cytoplasm containing pigment and left over after production of merozoites during schizogony of malaria parasites.
