Methyloxirane polymer with oxirane. A copolymer of polyethylene and polypropylene ether glycol. It is a non-ionic polyol surface-active agent used medically as a faecal softener and in cattle for prevention of bloat.
Pharmacological action: cathartic, disinfectants, fibrinolytic agent, surface-active agent.
