Medical Definition of Paradidymis
1. A small body sometimes attached to the front of the lower part of the spermatic cord above the head of the epididymis; the remnants of tubules of the mesonephros. Its equivalent in the female is the paroophoron. Synonym: parepididymis. Origin: para-+ G. Didymos, twin, in pl. Didymoi, testes (05 Mar 2000)
