Recurrent pyogenic hepatitis, pyogenic cholangitis, seen in Orient and in Asian immigrants, aetiology: Clonorchis sinensis (?), stones, dilated ducts filled with stones, soft, pigmented stones most likely to be no shadow on ultrasound, stricture, obstruction, abscess, increased incidence of cholangiocarcinomarcinoma Differential diagnosis: sclerosing cholangitis, Caroli disease
