Aureus (53%), Salmonella (33-50%), streptococcus Mycobacterium site, ascending aorta greater than visceral artery greater than intracranial artery greater than upper/lower extremity artery findings, saccular structure arising eccentrically from aortic wall, periaortic gas formation, adjacent vertebral osteomyelitis, adjacent reactive lymph node enlargement, life threatening hemmorhage (75%), 67% overall mortality
