Medical Definition of Mesocolic lymph nodes
1. Nodes located in the mesocolon; they are of two classes: para-colic lymph nodes, located in immediate proximity to the colon; colic lymph nodes located along the arteries supplying the colon. Synonym: nodi lymphatici mesocolici, nodi lymphatici paracolici. (05 Mar 2000)
