Alpha-(3-((2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl)methylamino)propyl)-3,4,5-trimethoxy-alpha-(1-methylethyl)benzeneacetonitrile. Coronary vasodilator that is an analog of iproveratril (verapamil) with one more methoxy group on the benzene ring.
Pharmacological action: anti-arrhythmia agents, calcium channel blockers, vasodilator agents.
