N-(3,3-diphenylpropyl)-alpha-methylbenzylamine. Coronary vasodilator; inhibits calcium function in muscle cells in excitation-contraction coupling; proposed as antiarrhythmic and antianginal agents.
Pharmacological action: anti-arrhythmia agents, calcium channel blockers, vasodilator agents.
