Medical Definition of Chromaffinoma
1.
A neoplasm composed of chromaffin cells occurring in the medullae of adrenal glands, the organs of Zuckerkandl, or the paraganglia of the thoracolumbar sympathetic chain; some chromaffinoma's secrete catecholamines.

Synonym: chromaffin tumour.
