Infantile cortical hyperostosis, aetiology unknown, onset before 5 months of age, hyperostosis and periosteal reaction, mandible (80-95%), clavicles, ribs, long bones (DIAPHYSES often asymmetric) Differential diagnosis: if metaphyses involved, consider battery (child abuse)
