Medical Definition of Well-differentiated lymphocytic lymphoma

1. Essentially the same disease as chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, except that lymphocytes are not increased in the peripheral blood; lymph nodes are enlarged and other lymphoid tissue or bone marrow is infiltrated by small lymphocytes. Synonym: small lymphocytic lymphoma. (05 Mar 2000)
