Medical Definition of Ulcerative lymphangitis

1. A disease of horses and cattle caused by bacteria in the genus Corynebacterium, it causes infection and swelling in the lymph nodes and ulceration of wounds (typically abrasions on the leg) that are the site of entry for the bacteria. (09 Oct 1997)
