1. Glycogenosis due to hepatic glycogen phosphorylase deficiency, resulting in accumulation of glycogen of normal chemical structure in liver and leukocytes. Synonym: hepatophosphorylase deficiency glycogenosis, Hers' disease. (05 Mar 2000)
