1. Atrophic fibrosis of the skin, hypoplasia of the nails, and palmoplantar keratoderma; associated with gastrointestinal cancer; autosomal dominant inheritance. Synonym: scleroatrophy. Origin: sclero-+ G. Tylosis, the process of becoming callous (05 Mar 2000)
