N-5-(1,3-dicarboxypropyl)-l-lysine:NAD(p)+ oxidoreductase (l-lysine-forming). Catalyses the oxidative cleavage of saccharopine to lysine plus ketoglutaric acid. Requires NAD; EC 1.5.1.8 requires NADP.
