1. N-(2-chloroethyl)-n-(1-methyl-2-phenoxyethyl) benzenemethanamine. An alpha-adrenergic anatagonist with long duration of action. It has been used to treat hypertension and as a peripheral vasodilator. Pharmacological action: adrenergic alpha-antagonists, antihypertensive agents, sympatholytics, vasodilator agents.
