1. Presence of lentigenes in very large numbers or in a distinctive configuration. Centrofacial lentiginosis, uncommon autosomal dominant syndrome of small hyperpigmented macules in a horizontal band across the centre of the face at one year, increasing in number up to ten years, and associated with skeletal and neural defects.
