Triple looped, disulphide linked protein domains, found in some serine proteases and other plasma proteins, including plasminogen (5 copies), tissue plasminogen activator (2 copies), thrombin (2 copies), hepatocyte growth factor (4 copies), apolipoprotein A (38 copies).
