1. An inherited disorder of bone development transmitted with an autosomal dominant pattern. Characteristics include absent or incompletely formed collar bones, dental abnormalities, joint laxity and a characteristic facial appearance (heavy brow, protruding jaw, wide nasal bridge and malaligned teeth).
