Medical Definition of Carbazilquinone

1. An alkylating agent structurally similar to mitomycin c and found to be effective in the treatment of leukaemia and various other neoplasms in mice. It causes leukaemia and thrombocytopenia in almost all human patients. Pharmacological action: antineoplastic agent, alkylating.
