A benign epithelial odontogenic neoplasm derived from the stratum intermedium of the enamel organ; a painless, slowly growing, mixed radiolucent-radiopaque lesion characterised histologically by cords of polyhedral epithelial cells, deposits of amyloid, and spherical calcifications.
