1. 1-(4-(2-(cyclopropylmethoxy)ethyl)phenoxy)-3-((1-methylethyl)amino)-2-propanol. A cardioselective beta-1-adrenergic antagonist with no partial agonist activity. The drug is a potent antihypertensive agent and has been effective in the treatment of patients with glaucoma and airway diseases. Pharmacological action: adrenergic beta-antagonists, antihypertensive agents, sympatholytics.
