Medical Definition of Antidyskinetic

1. A group of medications which an anticholinergic effect in the central nervous system and are employed in the treatment of Parkinson's disease and drug-induced extrapyramidal effects. Examples include biperiden, procyclidine, trihexyphenidyl and benztropine. (27 Sep 1997)
