1. A 4-aminoquinoquinoline compound with anti-inflammatory properties, used for the suppressiom and treatment of malaria, for the treatment of giardiasis and extraintestinal amebiasis, for the suppression of lupus erythematosus, and as an anti-inflammatory in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It is administered orally. Pharmacological action: amebicides, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, antimalarials.
