1. Alpha- or beta-acetyl derivatives of digoxin or lanatoside c from digitalis lanata. They are better absorbed and longer acting than digoxin and are used in congestive heart failure.
Pharmacological action: anti-arrhythmia agents, cardiotonic agent, enzyme inhibitors.
