1. 3 beta,14 beta-dihydroxy-5 beta-card-20(22)-enolide 3-monoacetyl tridigitoxosides. Cardioactive derivatives of lanatoside a or of digitoxin. They are used for fast digitalization in congestive heart failure.
Pharmacological action: anti-arrhythmia agents, cardiotonic agent, enzyme inhibitors.
