Medical Definition of P-dextrocardiale

1. An electrocardiographic syndrome characteristic of overloading of the right atrium, often erroneously called P-pulmonale because the syndrome can result from any overloading of the right atrium (e.g., tricuspid stenosis) and independently of cor pulmonale. (05 Mar 2000)
